Without ambition and vision, you’ll go nowhere. That burning flame and bright light within you is essential. Because it’s going to hard.
But never mistake a goal for a strategy. You need to recognise the difference between what you want to achieve (the goal) and how you plan to achieve it (the strategy).
A goal is a destination, like increasing revenue by 20%, while the strategy outlines the roadmap to get there, such as launching your business or expanding into a new market.
Failing to differentiate the two can lead to aimless efforts, wasted resources, and unmet expectations.
Goals inspire direction, but strategies provide the actionable steps and framework to turn aspirations into reality.
A brand strategy is one of them. The most important one. And that one should start with who you are as a business. From the inside.
Without the brand, there will be no business at all
